The buzz going around for the next gen Apple iPhone seems to be just as big as it was for the first iPhone. It turns out that a French blog by the name of iPhon.fr has attained some photos of the actual next generation iPhone already in use.
So that means that, although this phone has not been released yet, there are some lucky individuals who already have their hands on the next hot product from Apple. The second generation iPhone is believed to include a new all black finish with 3G, GPS and other added features.

Known for announcing new products on Tuesdays, Apple decided to mix things up a bit today (Monday) by unveiling updates to their popular iMac line of computers.
This update includes faster Intel Core 2 Duo processors, more RAM, bigger hard drives, faster front side bus, and a new graphics option for the for the 24-inch model; an Nvidia GeForce 8800GS with 512MB of video memory.
The new machines now run at 2.4GHz, 2.66GHz or 2.8GHz, depending on their configuration. For those needing a little more kick, a 3.06GHz processor is also available for the 24-inch model. (more…)
Rumors have it that the second generation of Apple’s iPhone is well into testing, and that it may be released in June.

The new iPhone will receive a bit of a makeover, it will get a new glossy black back instead of the satin nickel back currently on the iPhone.
Some of the features of the next gen iPhone are:
- Similar in size to the current iPhone, it’ll just be a little bit thicker
- It will still have 8GB of storage
- It will sport 3G and GPS functionality
- New glossy black finish on the back, instead of satin nickel.
- New chrome buttons
- It’s less angular than the current iPhone due to being made from less metal
- The battery is still not removable
- The headphone jack will be flush with the rest of the phone
- Screen will be pretty much the same size and resolution as the current iPhone

The iPhone firmware 2.0 beta has been tested, and it seems that it contains some cool new features and some well thought of updates. For example, support for Microsoft Exchange has been added allowing for easier access to widely used corporate email systems.
It now pushes the changes over the AT&T network, although on WiFi the changes take a while to take affect.
Apple has also added functionality that allows you to select multiple emails and move or delete them as a group. (more…)
Their has been a lot of industry buzz over what is being called iPhone 2.0, or the next major update for the iPhone. Many people have been expecting iPhone 2.0 to be released this June.
The new update is supposed to bring added features to the phone, including improved abilities to utilize third party software developed using Apples SDK. (more…)
