Nexus 5 Specs Leaked? Looks like Android 5.0 is Right Around the Corner!

OptimusGPro-Press-02-900-75It is finally arriving everyone, the Nexus 5 running Android 5.0! We have all been at the edge of our seats biting our nails, and waiting to see what is to follow the popular LG Nexus 4 flagship phone from Google.

The Nexus 5 will be a variant of the LG G2 with the main difference being Android 5.0. The G2 is expected to launch running Android 4.2.2. The Nexus 5 will be powered by a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and either 2GB or 3GB of RAM. Pair that with a 13MP camera and an impressive 5.2-inch Full HD (1920×1080) IPS LCD display, and the Nexus 5 is likely to be a game changer. Did I mention it also makes phone calls?

Needless to say the success of the LG Nexus 4 was mostly due to it’s pure Android experience. With the Nexus 5 set to make it’s appearance later this year, these specs are sure to make some Android users go nuts. We have yet to see what the phone will actually look like, but we can tell from the G2, that we are in for a treat.
