Rock Band and Guitar Hero Instruments Will Be Cross Compatible
With the impending release of both Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero World Tour, the news has finally come out about the fact that the instruments of each game will be cross-compatible between both games. This has been officially confirmed by Gamerscore.
This is awesome news for both Xbox and Playstation 3 owners. Wii owners of either game are still left in the dark, which will come as no surprise for those familiar with Nintendo’s practices.
Previously both games weren’t totally compatible, with some instruments being game-independent while others were tied to their respective games. With this news comes great expectations, since now gaming parties will be better than ever, no longer having to worry if your friend has Rock Band or Guitar Hero.
