Japan Gets All the Great Widescreen Tablets!
Since the first Wacome came out more than a decade ago, I’ve wanted one of these tablets. Now the Princeton PTB-TMW19B, a new LCD wide screen tablet has me drooling. It displays at 1440×900 WXGA resolution.
It is sleek, and beautiful and it will remind you of painting on an easel. But don’t let that fool you!
It comes loaded with features like 170 degree viewing angle, a 5ms response time, a USB port and it’s very own speakers.
Other Features Include:
- WXGA+(1,440×900 resolution)
- 850: 1 contrast ratio
- 300 cd/m brightness
- 5ms response time
- 170 degrees viewing angle
- Stylus pen with stand
- One USB port
When Princeton rolls out this 19-inch LCD tablet on the market next month they’ll be bundling lots of goodies with it as well Corel Draw Essentials 3, Corel Photo-PAINT Essentials 3,and MyScript Stylus among others. Strange as it may seem, I won’t be getting one any time soon. Not because it only comes in Black, I like black. Not because it’ll be priced at $1,200. No, it’ll be because they’re only being released in Japan. Sigh.
