The Touchscreen HTC Touch Pro Has a Full QWERTY Keyboard
If the virtual keyboard on your iPhone has you longing for real buttons, HTC might have what you need. With its slide-out QWERTY keyboard, the Touch Pro is HTC’s answer to your buttonless woes. When you aren’t using the keyboard, the crystal-clear (albeit kinda small) 2.8-inch VGA touchscreen with Windows Mobile’s TouchFLO 3D will help you get your work (or play?) done in style.
The Touch Pro also has GPS (with a Google Maps app), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and a 3.2 MP auto-focus camera with flash. It comes with 512MB onboard memory, but if that isn’t enough, there’s a microSD slot that can give you another 2GB of storage.
Price is still TBA – as is the release date – but it should be out sometime in late ’08.
